Supervisor of Special Education

It is an absolute honor to join the Haworth School community. 

I have served as a Special Educator for many years. I have always felt at home in the classroom and I am thankful that this opportunity to be a Supervisor provides me with a chance to work collaboratively with teachers on a daily basis, while also remaining connected to the students who are learning and growing within the classroom. 

I am so excited to be able to bring my knowledge and personal experiences with special education to Haworth Public Schools. As a member of this school’s community, I am fully committed to caring for your children each and every day while continuing to provide them with a world class learning environment. It is my firm belief that every child can excel, and that a partnership between home and school fosters a confidence in students that will allow them to shape their own futures. While it is my goal to continue the tradition of excellence in the Special Education Department here at Haworth, it is important to me to always find new ways to meet the needs of all students and to more effectively communicate with parents and community members. I sincerely welcome your conversation and input throughout the school year. I know that together, we will always keep our students' needs as our primary focus.
