Dear Haworth Middle School Community,

Welcome back to another exciting school year! As we gear up for the upcoming academic year, I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates and initiatives that will enhance our students' experience at the Haworth Middle School.

I’m pleased to announce the reintroduction of our Middle School Honor Roll. This initiative recognizes and celebrates the academic excellence of our students, motivating them to strive for their personal best. Alongside this, we are excited to introduce the Junior National Honor Society, which will offer leadership opportunities, community service projects, and additional academic challenges to our students.

In our ongoing effort to support all learners, we are expanding our Middle School Basic Skills program. This initiative is designed to ensure that every student has the foundational skills needed to succeed in their academic journey. Whether it’s through targeted interventions or enhanced instructional strategies, we are committed to helping each student achieve their full potential.

We’re also proud to share that our curriculum is undergoing updates to align with the latest educational standards and best practices. These changes will provide our students with a more engaging and relevant learning experience, preparing them for future success in a rapidly changing world.

Finally, I’d like to provide a brief update on the ongoing referendum projects. We are making steady progress on the improvements to our facilities, which will create a modernized, more dynamic learning environment for all students.
